Planity has raised €30 million and has a team of over 30 Inside Sales equipped with Modjo.

Their goal? To enable as many hairdressers, barbers, massage parlours and beauticians as possible to accept online appointments. Salons can reach more customers while they can make appointments in just a few clicks. On a daily basis, Modjo allows Simon Bibas, Head of Inside Sales, to develop the skills of his teams. For him, managing means "coaching, analysing, improving skills, etc.".
